Cross-Border Strength, Built on Experience

We are a cross-border advisory firm with a solid foundation built extensively over decades of practice and deep market insight. Our core strengths can be summarised as follows:

Bicultural Expertise - Indonesia and Hong Kong

Born in Hong Kong with an Indonesian family background, our founder is also a Hong Kong qualified lawyer and worked with an international law firm for 11 years in Hong Kong, before setting up Angeline Suparto Law Corporation in Singapore and Tuah & Suparto in Jakarta in May 2001.

We have in-depth understanding of the business environments, legal systems, and professional cultures of both Hong Kong and Indonesia. This allows us to bridge operational and cultural gaps, align expectations, and drive effective collaboration across jurisdictions.

Experienced Legal Practitioners

Our Hong Kong, Indonesia and Singapore qualified lawyers bring over 40 years of collective cross-border practice. We have also acted as Indonesian counsel for Singapore-based companies seeking IPOs and successfully listing in Hong Kong.

This gives us a proven track record in supporting complex cross-border matters with practical, business-minded legal solutions.
